As I mentioned before, I dropped my car off at Dobbs last week and when I called to get a status on the car repair they said they had lost the key and paperwork to repair my vehicle, and the paperwork had my name, address, phone number, type of car...etc on the work order. I brought up a spare key and they fixed the vehicle at no charge, and said they still could not find the key or paperwork with all of my personal information on it.
