just read a post from a patron where the employee (Ben) refused to help her even though she bought hazard protection. Ben needs fired cause regardless if you liked her or not she purchased a service that you refused to give her. They are blowing your name up on fb Dobbs. He needs to go!

Dobbs tire and auto... home of the 3 hour long oil change. I wish I could give you zero stars since we got zero customer service. It’s one thing to fall behind, but 3 hours on oil changes, get real. Horrible!!! Absolutely the worse
Great experience. I got an affordable oil change in a little over an hour, including wait and all. My car runs well now and all the staff was so personable and patient.
