Oil change took 5 hours. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Sticker in window from getting oil changed says, 30,350 miles, actual mileage on my vehicle currently is 213,358. They didn’t reset the oil change percentage on my vehicle. I go out of my way to go to Dobbs, I’ve always had excellent service, always until the last two times I’ve taken my vehicle there. how can I recommend a 2.30 hour wait for oil change and tire rotation , with 1 car before me. then the tire pressures are not correct.
They took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. When asked why it was taking so long they said they had 3 people call in but the shop manager was walking around inside instead of helping with the load. Awful service!
