We made the mistake of calling someone else first, thankfully when we got a hold of Dobbs Service Company, Patrick came out that night to try and get our heat up and running, after fixing the previous guys mistakes, he explained what our problem was and said he’d be back Monday with the part. Patrick called me Monday afternoon to tell me he had the part and worked around my work schedule; he came out to fix my heat and ensured it was working before he left! Everything was perfect! Messaged Patrick around 1130 last night and he made it out by noon today! He was very professional and very hard working! Poor man worked when it was near 100 outside! We will be back for sure, thank you for being an amazing company and making sure we have AC!!
I called at 3 in the middle of July with frozen unit parts. A guy was herr by 4!!!! That's what I'm talking about. He also showed me some signs to watch for in the future.
Pro Tint Window Tinting needed an add-on to the unit in the shop... during summer it was an oven in there! Dobbs Service Company came out. Evaluated the existing equipment & hooked up a cooling unit. Now it is cool with no problems. DSC was in and out.. Never slowing down Pro Tints business. If you are in need of heating/cooling systems or service call Dobbs Service Company!
