I can’t comment on Dr. Dobbs specifically because I couldn’t get past the rudeness of the office staff and a mixup in my appointment. The office manager refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake. When I arrived the office was closed and the only person there was the optician who was extremely condescending. I canceled the rescheduled appointment. I would never use this business or recommend it to anyone else.
I have never felt as uncomfortable as I did here. The office staff was rude to me. Dr. Dobbs was very condescending and rude, that has been 9 years ago and I still think about it at times. I would never visit this office again After talking to my eye doctor that I use now he confirmed that my feelings were on point. He is familiar with Dr. Dobbs and his staff.
