The staff is super friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms need better pest control, as some have cockroaches and other pests, including geckos. I don’t mind staying in a hotel that is old and not remodeled but the fact that animals are in the room, is not something that I can stand.
Very nice, clean rooms! Kimberly at the front desk is an amazing asset! She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us wonderful restaurant and attraction recommendations while in the area. She went above and beyond for our group with our reservations helping us to check in early and coordinating one of our group who needed to check in at 0100. Thank you Kimberly for making our time in Atlanta and at Dobbins Inn so wonderful!
Poor room conditions and parking lot lighting. Maintenance does not come until the next day to address room issues.
