On July 23rd I contacted them. They went to my home and gave us an estimate for $350 on some minor carpentry work. I liked the price and told them to begin the work. 10 phone calls and 2 months later they still did not even begin the work. The only reason they gave was, and I quote, “I’ve been busy.”. I understand this is a small job but it’s unprofessional to accept the job and then prioritize it last behind other jobs just because it is not a high ticket job.

Steve had a likable personality and seemed reasonably priced, however, if your in any kind of rush or in need of quality work, then this is NOT the contractor for you! Steve gave me the impression and said he doesn't mind working to include nights and weekends (so I gave him a key to access the house anytime) and it turns out that he had another job that required the majority of his time so he passed my job off to "his" crew and just about every-time I went by the house their was no one there. Very Professional. Understood exactly what I wanted, built My Deck. Everything was done in a timely manner. Quote was very reasonable.
