Solid option for the money. It’s not the best or fanciest gym. The space is a little small and can get crowded. It’s closed on Sundays which is annoying. But I don’t think you can find better for the price. It has all the machines and weights you could want. Nice staff. Well maintained. If it’s your local option, it’s an easy choice

I love this little gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. It’s simplicity is what keeps me coming back. I’ve had memberships at Gold’s and LA fitness, but I always feel far more comfortable here. Everyone is kind, but keeps to themselves. No leering people, and I’ve never had to wait excessively for the equipment. The trainers are observant without being invasive. If you’re looking for something no frills, where you can get a good workout in, this place is a gem.

I love this local gym and the community it has created for me! You are met with the nicest gym staff every time you walk through the door. They are there to help if you have questions, they always play great music, and help keep the gym clean. I joined the gym at the very beginning stages of their renovations. Been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff is amazing and friendly, the equipment is good and the community is great. I enjoy going to a gym where I see regulars and have an emotional investment in the gym and community. You get a wide variety of members, some body builders, some casuals and some just looking to better themselves. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
