My daughter's (a Johns Hopkins student) laptop charging plug broke off in the charging port the other day. She and I checked with some other local repair places, and got [phone] estimates of $99 and up, and $80 and up..."depending". limit hours, brought over a computer for repair, they were unable to fix, told me they didn't see the point of putting money in it, Brought a computer from them, that has issues, had my old computer repaired at another store , was told I could get credit if computer had problems, that is no longer available.Although i am still within my 90 days warranty. Now my only option to bring computer and they will try to repair it. Do not trust them. THEY'RE A WASTE OF TIME AN ENERGY
Professional, honest, quick, and fairly priced. I took my laptop to DNS after accidentally dropping it. The screen was not working and I asked the representative to see if it was worth fixing. Upon initial inspection, it looked as if the screen needed to be replaced, a service that would surely be costly since it was a touch screen. If you or someone you know has a computer in need of repair or is considering getting another computer, please consider DNS Technology Group. I've bought two computers from them (one for my wife and one for me because I don't like to share ) and they both work great and the price was affordable.
