Do not touch this place with a ten foot pole. No order and structure and it will end up costing you.
Incompetent. Disorganized. Fools. Piece meal the whole process together, and was never able to provide us the whole picture. They were last minute and scatter brained with everything...had a bad feeling and should have followed it, now we are out thousands. Go to SunTrust!
Disappointed!!! I was actually referred by someone so I was excited to contact DNJ. I talked to someone there who acted as if I was bothering him. He rushed me off the phone. I went ahead a filled out the loan application online with his name and he never contacted me. Do you all really want business because you don't act like it.
Will make you pay for items and say you will get the money back at closing...then will call you and say that you do not quailfy, they have a appraiser come in and under appraise your home, so you can't quailfy for "no cost" refinance...scammed out of $425
I found everyone at DNJ to be courteous and professional. They gave my wife & me excellent mortgage advice, returned phone calls promptly, & kept us informed every step of the way. When the time needed to process the loan ballooned because everyone was trying to refi at 4.5%, they made sure we were "in the loop" and extended our rate lock for free. Do you like hidden fees and repeating the same thing over and over in order to get what you are looking for? If so, DNJ is for you! Getting someone to return your calls and answer your questions in a timely fashion will not happen here. If you plan to use DNJ, plan to constantly stay on top of things yourself if you want to actually get what you are looking for.
