I have used DNJ and Sherry on several mortgage refinances, and have been very pleased with the services and communication received each time. Never have I had an issue and they have been both helpful and professional. Would use them again.

BEWARE! Dealing with DNJ Gateway Bank Mortgage was the biggest nightmare I have ever put myself and my family through. Communication was HORRIBLE!! They never returned any phone calls, emails etc. This was my 5th home loan and I would rather live in a cardboard box than to go through a home loan process with this company. As a first time homebuyer, I went into it thinking it was going to be a huge hassle, but DNJ made the process so easy. They explained everything to me so I understood the terminology which, in turn, expedited the process tremendously. Closed in 40 days (it was supposed to be 38)! I got the number from the NCHFA because I wanted a to use my VA eligibility and get a mortgage credit certificate and Chris B. worked it out for me. Towards closing day (originally set on a monday) we had some issues due to the NCHFA, but even when these things happened DNJ was VERY quick to resolve them. They gave me a credit to make up for closing a few days late. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

I would recommend DNJ Gateway Bank Mortgage, they have local processing and underwriting and many talented loan officers. Competitive rates and a large selection of loan products to meet the needs of any borrower. The company has local leadership with lots of experience and they care about each and every loan. I've used their services and have sent many of my home buyers to them as well.

I cannot say enough wonderful thinks about DNJ. My husband and I bought our first home in April and we were nervous about the whole process. Everyone at DNJ especially JoAnn, our broker, was professional and made the process so easy on us. We were approved for our loan well before our closing date and JoAnn even came with us to the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
