The only good thing about this salon is it’s location and it’s cleanliness. I did a relaxer recently and it was the worst experience ever. The owner applied relaxer all over my hair instead of just applying it to the new growth. In addition, she failed to neutralize my hair properly after my relaxer because she was toooo busy outing fires with one of her workers and a customer.
