1st: I make an appointment with someone specifically weeks ago no last minute and they lie telling me he is going to be there and once I show up for my appointment they say that he doesn’t work on weekdays I don’t live in Duluth I live in Augusta 2nd: they put me with someone else and from the start she was making an horrible job and with a bad attitude and I couldn’t let them finish the job Worst service ever!!!
At first my experience was great but when I went for the follow up, I was disappointed and felt I was being overcharged. I don’t get my nails done often and I was upset because I thought it was cheaper to get a fill in than to start new. They need to be more pricing transparent. When I questioned the pricing I was told I could go somewhere else.
I been here a few times never had any issues. But today was the worst experience ever. The builder gel was so thick and i don’t even know what you call this nail shape jelly beans? This is not almond at all. And when you stop to speak up they end up getting annoyed and start talking among their peers. I ended up finding a local salon near my house who saved my nails. The pedicure was fine …. Just because this place is pretty from the inside it does not show for how they do nails.
This was definitely my last time going to this nail salon!!! I’ve been coming here for years only because it’s close to my house every time I get a pedicure this is how I leave the salon. The staff are rude and argumentative if you try to correct them they start talking I’m their language and the entire staff starts looking at you like you are a problem!!! I wasted so much money going here and they never was to fix anything they mess up!!!! DO NOT GO HERE
I was never told as a child or adult I should get a pedi and medi. My first time here was a wonderful and much needed experience. I will definitely be back here.
