Terrible experience. No one answers the phone. They have me waiting for longer than an hour on the phone a numerous amount of times and never answer. I have emailed as well and also no response. My matter is urgent and they seem to not care for their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Careless collection and verification process and procedures. They allowed another man to take a DNA test other than the man who was named on the paperwork and sent test results to me saying the real father of my child is not indeed the father of my child. Only to further investigate and find the man ID who was tested was completely different from That of my ex who was supposed to be tested for dna. These people failed to properly cross Check ID against paperwork and yet let the test go on. And the wrong person be tested. The... read more
