horrible experience. eventually was able to get order cancled and refunded
Every order we have placed has been wrong. Twice they have charged our CC for orders we didn’t make and charges have never been approved. They take forever to ship and they never send tracking.
I waited 2 Months for a Set of Big Spoke Wheels! One Wheel Had over Chromed Scratches! They told me via E-Mail that they will Refund me 200 USD! Im still waiting for over 2 Weeks for a Refund! Send several E-Mails... No refund!
I bought monster bars from you and they're all scratched up! It wasn't from shipping either. They were wrapped tight in foam wrap! I'm very disappointed!

I purchased a wheel from these guys Jan 19. It finally got here Feb 5 which was fine, if they had made my wheel right. It was wrong so they said they would make it right. They never sent me the FedEx label and now i have to wait 4 days for it to get back to Cali. They wouldn't t even pay for expedited shipping, they are telling me that it's gonna take another 3-4 days for them to swap the spokes out then another 4 days for it to get back to me.
