Good luck with customer support, your on your own and at your own risk trying to get help with issues! If i had to do it all over again, u would have purchased a conversation kit from Frankenstein Trikes, good reviews is all I've seen about that company...with DNA, Its only you and youtube to overcome any issues on your own! Hindsight is always 20/20 though ...

I am not the type to write any review on any product, but I received an item I returned for a rush correction, and I had to stop and take the time to tell my story. I would give the company less than a one-star rating. $1,800.00 on a wheel I initially ordered at the beginning of November, received late December, returned because of imperfections in early January, supposedly rushed for corrections, and received back in worse condition 5 weeks later. A) I purchased a set of rims, front rotors, air breather and rear tire from the salesperson Ervin on 1.02.21, and told me it would take about two weeks to manufactured. Called and emailed Ervin back, about the status on the rims and stated that they're being powder coated. I sure wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing my trike kit. When the "kit" arrived by Fedex, the cardboard box was severely damaged, the angle iron shipper that the axle was bolted to was severely bent, nuts and bolts were missing. Contacted Melissa who assured me that her boss would call. Never happened. Now complete silence. The swingarm welds look like they were made by a first day welding student. Now the axle. Hello I’ll start off by saying never have I ever dealt with a sorry company as this. I ordered my complete wheel set for the outrageous price of $2,500.00 from Matt. I asked Matt to please send me the receipt. He did not, a few days later I emailed him and a response came that he was on vacation. Ordered wheels and had to reach out several times to get an update and or possible ship date. No response via emails and only received minimal help via calling the websites phone number. Prior to someone helping me, I was constantly being transferred and or put on hold. I received my rotors within 1 week and then received my front rim within 5 weeks and now at week 5, I am still waiting for the rear rim and they will not give me an update nor expected ship date. April of 2020 i ordered $2000 worth of wheels tires pullies and such. Its now 2 months later and i have gotten oh we forgot to send your spokes to powder coating, then it was it will be sent out this date 2 weeks later same crap. Then it was they forgot to order my front tire then spoke to Jerry and was promissed my order would be shipped out by weeks end. PLEASE READ (ALL) OF THIS REVIEW! MOTOTEKS and DNA SPECIALTIES, INC. are nothing but CROOKS and DISHONEST EMPLOYEES with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! My HORROR STORY started in December 2019. This company doesn't understand anything about customer service. Still waiting on an order made over 6 weeks ago. Can't get a straight answer if you do get them on the phone and when they say they will call you back, it's a LIE.
