Good value & unlike the larger storage facilities in the area...DNA does not have a habit of imposing rent increases every 6 months.
Quality storage, excellent pricing.
With the way most storage facilities constantly increase rates year over year, it is great to have a place like DNA Self Storage that has kept my rate the same for the last 3 years and stayed true to their word. The facility is safe and accessible, and rates are the best in town. Couldn't ask for more.
Staff is not responsive. I vacated the unit, but they keep charging my card not responding to phone calls and e-mails. Very difficult access - steep driveway. Not very clean - I see the same debris every time I visit.
Small, hard to get in and out of. Overpriced. Very secure though.
