This is the third time I've had DNA Pro clean our carpets. They are always punctual, friendly, and respectful of my home. On top of that, the price is reasonable, and they do a fantastic job. We recently remodeled a good portion of our home, and, in turn, our carpets were a MESS - I'm talking stains everywhere. I really thought the carpet in our basement would need to be replaced, but they now look almost new after DNA cleaned them. These guys rock! Super responsive, very thorough, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Second time using them to clean and polish our hardwood floors and carpet cleaning prior to putting our home on the market. Our place sold in 4 days, thanks in part to this great crew!! DNA Pro Cleaning and Restoration cleaned our entire townhouse in great time and great precison. Our carpets look fantastic! Scheduling an appointment was easy, the tech called me when he was on his way and when he had finished the cleaning. All in all, it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend them to anyone for carpet cleaning!

It wasn't pretty. A young house guest had too much red fruit punch in her tummy. She left a trail of red marks on the carpet on her way to the bathroom. Thankfully, she felt better but her Grandmother was quite embarrassed. She offered to pay for the cleaning or (gulp!) replacement. Don't worry Grandma, I know someone who can take care of the carpet and you can resume loving and spoiling that precious child. Had carpet in the house cleaned last Monday by DNA Fresh. We have not washed/professionally cleaned it for a few years. When work was finished and carpet dried out, I could not recognize my floor upstairs. It was so clean and freshly looking that I decided to do it again in 6 months. Just love how it looks and smells now. The crew arrived on time. They were by my door exactly at agreed time. Finished in one hour. Charged earlier agreed amount without surprise fees.
