I hired this company to clean 2 of our sofas, and they did an AMAZING job!! They came to the house this morning exactly when they were scheduled to arrive, were kind and professional, AND took great care of handling and moving our furnishings around to allow for proper cleaning of the backs of the sofas. I actually love DNA pro carpet & floor cleaning and have not used any others since I discovered them. They are very knowledgeable and are very careful to explain what works on different types of carpets. Their employees have ALWAYS been very courteous and expert. I have no hesitation giving them top marks!!!

Very professional, courteous, and on time! Six rugs and an upolstered chair , some with old pet urine spots on them, were cleaned. All came out fine at a reasonable price. The outstanding customer service is what really makes this company shine!! A++
DNA Pro Cleaning had great communication and was incredibly professional! We had them clean carpets, rugs, and upholstery when we moved three years ago and just used them again for an upholstery refresh. They provided a 2-hour time window and then called when they were on their way. They wore booties on their shoes. They were very clear about the pricing and didn't try a hard sell to add any services while they were here. I will use them again!
