I dropped in to this salon a long time ago. I live in Innisfil. Needed a haircut, had some spare time while I was in town. Hands down this was the best haircut I've ever had. Will be back soon. I'm in Newmarket often now.

She didn't deliver the service the way I asked. I went another time so she can fix it then she got mad at me and told me I should have listened to her. I told her that it wouldn't work with her being rude and angry so I asked for my money back to go to someone else to fix my hair then her friend whose been sitting there started shouting at me and threatening me and she hid in a room when I took out my phone to record her. I had an amaxing experience with Pam, the hairdresser at DNA. She was very funny and her demeanour made the time truly enjoyable. Coincidentally, my sister had an appointment the day following mine, and she graciously extended her services to pamper both of us during my visit. I received a wash cut and style that I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and I am delighted with the transformation of my hair.

I am not recommending to anyone. She might be good doing haircut and color but not style at all. I paid $75 but when I went home washed my hair and redo it myself. She told me with full confidence to bring a picture of your style i will do it and it was a simple updu. I am so sad that even i was not happy but she charged me extra. She said $60 to $65 but she charged me $75. I won't even sat one star she is a nice person but she wasn't honest with.
