I went there for a computer estimate asked him to email me some of the parts and specs and the cost of the build and completely blew me off and never got back to me very unprofessional
THEY ARE GOOD IN WHAT THEY DO..BUT WHEN YOU CALL AND GET VOICE MAIL AND LEAVE A MESSAGE THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK..CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED WORK ON..

This was the best place ever! Unfortunately they could not fix my laptop but they spent time with me and gave me many options to move forward with. Extremely nice, personable and EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
Bought a rig from these guy very nice might I add and I'll go more into that later, BUT the people who work there are amazing very nice very intelligent on what they do. NOW for the rig it's a modest gaming/streaming rig and very modest price. one thing I think I like is the fact that it's a place where once all the BS is over I can come and chill n talk about tech talk overall a great experience.
