We used Pro Floors for the installation of LVP floors in our house and they did a fantastic job! Timely communication, attention to detail, top notch quality installation, etc. I would highly recommend Pro Floors!
I contacted them on Saturday morning to replace two vinyl planks. Alex arrived as scheduled on Monday and completed the work timely. The quality of his work was excellent. You’d never know they were replaced. I would definitely work with them again for any flooring needs.
I have dealt with many contractors over the years, but haven’t seen anyone quite like Dmytro. From our first conversation, to the completion of our flooring project, he has been the consummate professional. From tear out and haul away to installing new vinyl and trim, he was able to finish the job, including cleanup, when promised. We love how the floors turned out, and couldn’t be happier with the entire project.
We reached out to Dmytro for an estimate and he quickly got back to us with a reasonably priced bid. He was responsive and helpful with our questions throughout the project, and flexible with scheduling relative to when our materials arrived. He got our vinyl planks efficiently installed in about half a day, and it looks great. Would highly recommend getting a bid from Pro Floors for any flooring project. Excellent service from bid to completion. Dmytro provided specifics on transition pieces to order. Also moved and returned appliances and toilet during installation. He completed the job very timely and most of all the floors look fabulous. Great company to work with!
