The cleaning was good. I feel the difference in the air quality.
"Terrible service from start to finish! The technicians showed up late, didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and left a mess behind. They didn’t even clean all the ducts like they were supposed to and never sent the photos they promised. After paying a hefty fee, my ducts don't feel any cleaner, and my air quality actually seems worse. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Please do not use this company ever—complete waste of money!" Deserves 0 star.
