Where to begin. First of all, this place takes advantage of the fact that finding just the right level of medication is nearly always challenging. For instance, I recently had an appointment where I wasn't sure if I wanted to increase my medication and we decided in that appointment that I could reach out via the portal to do so if that's what I decided. The receptionist takes forever to check you in so you hit the 10 min late window so you can no longer be seen, they cant even be bothered to great you or look up from their screens or have any tone that they are happy to be there or that they like their job. It is absolutely ridiculous how long it takes to be seen, scheduling is literally booked out a month or longer but when I was a new patient they got me in right away.
Open for 5 years, 5 reviews? Receptionist was exceptionally abrasive and rude. Hopefully the medical staff is better, but I personally don't want to risk it.
Have had difficulties with treatment and medications provided with other mental health clinics, but the team here really got me on the best course of action. Highly recommended
This place is a joke I thought my provider would have called and check on me after going in with an issue but they do not care at all. They are telling you to go to the hospital to ask for meds. I give up why are you taking mental heath seriously???
