The Paul randomski review is obviously a fake account but I would like to highlight that this company doesn't sell homes or any type of property, they do minor repair work such as doors and painting. They've never sold a house under DMK construction, and the company owner has never sold a home in general. Also as a private contractor, they determine their own hours and frequently do work on Saturdays. Very strange to see these claims when I've used their services for coming up 7 years
Absolutely ZERO integrity. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS about ever considering buying a home from this company. When his company makes a mistake, and they will, make sure to get this fix in writing signed by an attorney. Once he leaves, all his mistakes are yours. I would NEVER buy a house from him or his company. BE CAREFULL>

I’d consider work being done on the weekends as a plus rather than a downside but idk maybe that means they don’t care about anyone according to dear Matthew
