Deauville Manor apartments managed by DMI is filthy and disgusting. The office staff are rude and obscene. The building has been cited for many violations by the city including but, not limited to termite infestation, damaged parking lot, deteriorating building, trash, unauthorized vehicles, and a city nuisance. Do not expect to have any sort of repairs responsible for by DMI be completed and, DO expect to be treated as a felon. These apartments are gross! Particularly in 33062. Infested with termites, washers and dryers are always broken, apt are rented filthy with old dirty stained carpet, cheap white paint that literally washes off if you wipe with a sponge and, the "Things" that answer the phones in the management office are complete rude inconsiderate jerks. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **WARNING** I have to tell you that the woman Brandy who works in the office if a real piece of work, absolutley cold hearted. she will evict anyone who complains or asks for things to be fixed in a any of the apartments OR if you are a day r two behind on rent ALL the apartments are not updated, old, bad plumbing, carpets are filthy!, bugs, cochroaches and rats in the ceilings. Yes their prices are cheap but apartments are outdated, carpet is disgusting, there is mold, repairs take forever. The women (which they definately are not) are rude and disgusting, they smoke in the office and have the worst attitudes.

nasty!!!!!!! – we have rented an apartment with those called "ladies" actually they are not, firts the apartment looks "ok" but when star living in it things start going very wrong, mold show up in the master bedroom and bathrooms, roaches showing up every day, ac dated 1543, (look in the contract if it's broken you paid for the rapairs ????????), and when you try to contact DMI about it they not answer the phone, so you go to the office and they give you attitude and faces like "what do you doing here" "what do you want", h... read more

Do NOT rent from them! – I have rented from several places in the past- some not so good and some great. DMI is the worse. They do not maintain their properties the way they should and when you ask questions, they give you attitude like you've done something wrong. The only good thing about them is the price of their rentals. But when you look at the quality of their rentals, there's no wonder their lower priced then others. I guess what they say is true- you get what yo pay for.
