Absolutely was profiled. Extremely rude staff. My 11 year old got in the car and all she said was “I miss Dr Bello”.
My 20 something adult daughter was at work and was feeling dizzy and having some chest pressure, ,thinking may be panic/ anxiety attack but wanted to be sure nothing more was going on, rather than driving across town she went to our our primary care office which is 3 minutes from where she was . They gave me a time for my son to be seen immediately. We get there 10 mins early only to have them tell us the appointment was 15 mins before the time they gave us and there was no way he could be seen by anyone else. So they tell us to come back next week instead. I ask if they can give me some kind of direction and they had someone call me and give me vague help. And suggest I call his other doctors instead. First experience with this facility. Intake staff was kind and Dr. Sogbadjor was wonderful! Never had a doctor listen so thoroughly, ask their own questions, or take notes before. My last PCP seemed to want to gloss over everything and get you out as quickly as possible, leaving you feeling unheard and without answers. Not her! Very friendly, clearly cares about her patient's experience, and takes her job seriously. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new PCP!
Absolutely ridiculous my husband hurt his back extremely bad all they did was x ray him send him on his way with no doc note for work considering he asked 3x and he’s a very kind patient man . Sent him to the hospital to get the results for his X-rays told them they didn’t have time to go over them with him . What in the ever living world . Your doc office it’s your job !
