my son needed a steroid regime for his asthma barking cough due to season change. dr was very rude and gave me dirty looks the whole time. made me feel like a bad mother. she refused to give him steroid. called back a week later still coughing his lungs out to let them know he needs a steroid. they told me no he would need to be seen again. we are cash pay no insurance so I’m not going to go back in and pay for ANOTHER appt. absolutely ridiculous and INCREDIBLY RUDE in person and on phone. will never go back!

My 97 year old mother had taken a tumble outside. She had a bruised chin, bruised hand and a bruised big toe. They took x-rays of her chin, neck, hand and foot. I was grateful they were being thorough. They found her right hand ring finger was broken. Mom was given a splint for her hand. It was WAY to big. It allowed a crazy amount of movement for her fingers. The other areas were just bruised....so they said. We were referred to DR. Brustein. Horrible place.. they gave my daughter an antibiotic when she did not need it, which caused her to get worse.. we went back, I asked for her to be tested for mono and given a steriod they refused to do both.. after being there 3 hours I took my daughter to the er where she was tested for mono (tested positive) and was given a steriod.. the providers in there have no idea what they are doing, they misdiagnose and do not listen nor care about their patients.. ridiculous.. we will never go back..
This place is the worst place I have probably ever been to. I waited over 5 hours to get called back for them to tell me that my shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, and chest pain was all because of my anxiety and low iron. I went to the ER at the Pana Hospital probably a week later with the same shortness of breath, rapid heart rate, and this time excruciating pain on the right side of my back and under my breast bone.
