My fiance and I had previously visited DMH. I purchased a package for her last year. In the last month she and I have tried contacting them multiple times to schedule a laser treatment for her. No one ever answers or responds. I've filed a dispute with American Express to get my money back. I hope Danny is alright. He's a really nice guy and this is very unusual.

I had high hopes when I purchased a package here in April 2024, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but frustrating. I've dealt with cancelled appointments, constant rescheduling, a broken machine, and ignored emails. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending texts to the owner and had no response. Now, after handing over my money in April, I'm left feeling cheated and out of pocket and want a partial refund. They take your money for a package then cancel your appointments and don't return any phone calls or texts to reschedule. A total scam.

I had great experiences with DMH in the past, but there’s something going on with them. I received a text before my last 2 appointments that my sessions were cancelled, but I could never reach them to reschedule. No one answers the phone when I call, and no one responds to emails, texts or voicemails. I’d move on, except I paid for services I can’t book.
