We have been very pleased with the quality services and maintenance services provided by DME elevators. We have two inside lifts for over five years and the quality of the lifts is excellent. The regular maintenance staff are professional and know the product. Have previously recommended and will continue to recommend them.
We had the same employee several years ago and he was just as good this time as last time. We did not have a problem with our chair but just wanted it serviced so it maintained good service.
After eight years of reliable service our stair chair stopped working. The technician diagnosed the problem and said it would be covered under warranty. They had to order the part and when it came in he and another tech came out and repaired the stair chair. It's like new again.We have always been pleased with the service from DME. Prior to purchase I interviewed three lift suppliers in my home. All representing different stair lift manufactures. The *** rep was the only one to take the time to sit down and get to know me and my situation and needs. I was willing to go with any of the three brands sold by each of the installers but eventually went with *** for their focus on my circumstances.
