*** is very knowledgeable! He explains issues but also helps to correct them!!! I hope you will always send *** for our lift needs!!! Techs in the past were not nearly as knowledgeable.

The sales person, answered all of our questions. When the tech arrived to install the chair, he was available to answere questions and demonstrate, even though he was installing the chair at the same time.

I am very impressed with the quality of my now 3 year old chair lift and DMEs response in the rare repair need. **** of course is fantastic. There is nothing he doesnt know about my lift and nothing he isnt prepared to remedy. This is the first time needing to call for repair. Very pleased with DME.
