Reliable service. Technician was knowledgeable and personable.
The two gentlemen from DME sent to inspect and service the lift in our NWI Parkinson building were professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived early, waited for me to open up, then got to work and finished up within 90 minutes. They were done in plenty of time to allow our normal classes to proceed without any delays. Thank you.
Everyone I have spoken to or meet with from DME is always very courteous and will answer any questions I might have. We have had no issues with our elevator and it has been very useful to have in our home. My mom who is 95 loves to be able to join us downstairs!!
