This review is not based off the care I got, but for the treatment I got at the check in window. I had an appointment today (12/18/25) at 10:30am and the woman sitting at check in for Dr. Mackey thought it was in her best interest to sit on her phone watching Instagram stories instead of taking care of the patient at the window trying to ask a question. Womens personalitys suck there, except the one took me to room. Exam rooms need freshening up. Dusty.Filthy carpet in waiting area.

Dr. John Morasso and Team did an Excellent Job on my Ultrasound Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery. Dr. was very compassionate and listened to my concerns made sure I was totally informed about the technique. The before and after care received was Amazing. I was Confident and well informed and the outcome and downtime was better than expected. I Highly recommend Dr.Morasso if you are in need of Carpal Tunnel Expert Surgeon !!
