Great team
I had a disappointing experience at Heart and Vascular at DMC. One of the staff members(named Didi) greeted me with an irritated expression and questioned my request for an extra oxygen tank with a dismissive tone. When I calmly explained that I wanted to conserve oxygen for my mother, I was told to "be nicer"—despite the fact that her own tone lacked compassion from the start. This about my check in experience.. I received call saying all good for appointment tomorrow . I arrived today at 7:46am for 8:30 am appointment. Was told i need to call doctors office cause they need authorization.. Just getting back to desk its 9:01am i called to doctors to get the same authorization number they tried to give front desk worker the first time .. just very irritating
