The employees that work at the front entrance are very rude which includes the lady that sits at the valet parking desk!
They never give you the correct number to the doctors that you would like to go to right now. I’m getting the runaround because I’m trying to get connected to Dr. Weber office. Very poor service.
The 1st CSR at window 2 with glasses on the 6th floor 615 doesn't do anything just sit and call folks every 30mins. This is in the morning and afternoon the lobby be packed till there's no where to sit!!!!!!
