Scheduled my appointment months in advance just to be told a few days before "oh he won't be in the office, so your appointment has been cancelled." Very casual like it wasn't an inconvenience at all to my work and no big deal about my health issue. I called just to confirm that it must be an emergency, of course,to cancel like this. Not at all. I've been a patient with Dr Rusinow for over three years, and he is the most genuine and knowledgeable doctor I've seen so far. I've never had any issues with this DMC office, Nicole has always been wonderful, and everybody is very comforting and accommodating. Even under the stress of covid, appointments have gone smoothly. This is the first doctor ive gone to where I feel cared about and like the quality of my care matters. I always recommend the office to any of my friends who move or start working downtown. This is in regards to Dr. Rusinow - DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY TO SEE THIS DOCTOR. Does not listen to his patients at all, very unconfident is his diagnoses and for good reason, he's not diagnosed a single issue correctly since I've been there. Wasted an entire year of my athletic prime with Dr. Rusinow and cannot strongly state enough how badly I want others to avoid him.
