The DMC lobby staff, information and security, have NO decorum, they are unprofessional, and rude. The actual hospital staff is wonderful in the different offices that work out of DMC. But DMC non patient care is ABYSMAL.
The DMC administration at Huron Valley Sinai has been horrible. They are preventing anyone in the world from contacting an elderly family member in there for over a week now, and not sharing detailed medical information with the patient's POA.
