Good atmosphere all stylists are very professional I recommended to all my friends and family
I have been coming here for about 8 years. It was the one of the things I missed most when I moved to AZ for a year but now I'm back and my stylist always tells me if something I want will do to much damage or if its possible with my hair. I have been getting my hair done with Irene and have recommended her to several people who loved her.
I have visit this salon frequently and even though I require a simple haircut the way you come out it's completely different than when you walked in. Who knew a haircut, lovely people, friendly faces and big smiles can boost your confidence and when you walk out with awesome hair you feel like going to a restaurant and having a great dinner. Awesome service.
Been going to this place for over 7 years even after they moved. they are always on top of the latest trends. one thing I appreciate from D'Matrixx is that they would let me know if my hair will resist the process to get the look I want (they even went as far as cutting a littld bit if my hair and testing the bleach in it... it destroyed it) instead of just doing it to get my money. I used to go to Erik of Norway or Neroli before and I never loved my hair as much as I do since I tried D'Matrixx, I thought high end expensive places have the best stylists but I was wrong, there's no better stylist than Julieta and I love her!!!! I have also tried other stylists and they are also very good! I recommend this salon 100%!! :)
I am very special when is about my hair, I've been everywhere and I always end up unhappy until a friend of mine recommend me to visit d'matrixx, Julieta was my hair dresser, she took her time asking me what I like, want and she recommend styles that I have never tried before, I am very pleased with my new colour, cut and I already booked a new appointment to do my make up and up do for my sisters wedding! I am hispanic and live nowhere near the south side of Milwaukee since I moved 4 years ago to Wauwatosa area. As I was unable to find someone who could dye, cut and style my hair on my side of town on short notice I called D Matrixx. I am so glad I did, I was taken care of by Renee which attended to all my wants and suggested his own, I went with his suggestion and I am glad I did.
