I drove in to D&M without an appointment on a Saturday morning! concerned about a loud unidentifiable noise to me and Justin graciously checked noise in parking lot, knew instantly what it was, squeezed me in on a lift, fixed and sent me on my way pro bono. Several weeks ago our family discovered an issue with our fuel filter on our 2005 Buick Rendezvous. A defective fuel filter started leaking gas all over the place as I was driving home. I probably only had 5-8 miles on the vehicle since having it serviced. Anyway I was fortunate to get the vehicle dropped off in the lot before losing an entire tank of gas. Doug made it right by replacing the defective fuel filter. But on top of that, not only topped off my tank he also sent me a gas card as well. EXCELLENT customer service! ... read more
We keep our cars for a long time...wouldn’t be possible without the customer service and expertise we get here! D and M is THE BEST!!!
Although they used quality parts and the cost was justified the problem the car went in for was not fixed. So I guess it was an expensive preventative maintenance and I’ll have to go somewhere else to have the problem repaired.
People at the front desk were very friendly and patient. Before any repairs were done I was asked first. I felt like I was treated very well and not once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I will be going here for all my future auto needs. I recommend going here to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.
