I lived in an apartment managed by D&M for almost 5 years and it was a great experience. The property was maintained really well, any time there was a maintenance issue it was easy to navigate the portal and was taken care of in a timely manner. Communication was strong whenever there was something happening that pertained to the apartment (roof work, routine city water shutoff, etc). Lisa was a reliable and trustworthy property manager, along with her team, highly recommend!

Angie and the team have been great. From getting the property ready for initial tenants, screening potential renters, receiving and dispersing funds, and handling various maintenance issues (including some complicated ones involving adjacent properties). I felt comfortable talking to Lisa at the time of viewing of the property and i do not blame her she was just doing her job. But I feel as though I was not treated fairly when it came to not being given a chance to rent the apartment based on this so called follioscreen credit. We had the down payment as well as the rent and No Evictions not to mention the fact that this is solely about Rent not how I did not pay certain unrelated bills that has nothing to with my rental history. Lisa and team have been wonderful through the entire process of renting my house out. From start to finish she provided valuable upfront information on what was needed to do and next steps. Her guidance and straight to the point recommendations were easy to follow and understand. There’s a lot to do but she broke it down to manageable step by step processes and continues to communicate timely and professionally - which is so appreciated! Lisa Catano and her team have been fantastic to work with (and minimal work on my end). On short notice, I needed someone to manage my condo in RB with as little of a headache as possible while I moved to Hawaii for work. So far, it's been about 15 months or so. From recommending carpet installers and maintenance to finding a great tenant, I cannot recommend D&M Realty & Management enough. Thanks Team!
