They have been robo calling me with an AI bot of some kind, plus texts and emails. It's unbelievably irritating.
Everyone is pleasant and explain everything
The staff is very nice and accommodating in answering questions, doing the exams and taking blood. I give the staff 5 stars. The study I’m taking part in gets 2 stars. Just today I took a test for the flu. I will not get the results of the test. Just as I don’t know if I got the standard flu vaccine or the test vaccine. It would be helpful to know.
Very courteous and professional. They handle the voluminous but required paperwork efficiently and conduct the clinical tasks in a cheerful and organized manner.
