My daughter purchased a vehicle from "DOUG" in May. She had problems the 1st week of owning it. She took back to Doug who "referred" her to "his" guy at Granbury Transmission, where they did not fix issues either, but charged her 1000$ for car to run the same. She takes vehicle to reputable repair shop, where they refuse to work on her car due to invalid codes which implied dates of repair were false or rigged and asked her to produce original documentation of repair dates on engine and transmission. I actually went there and bought a 2001 VW bug and it’s perfect no issues with it at all they were really nice to sell me a car even though I had an out-of-state ID and no insurance when I bought the car at first I really like them so I’m giving them a five star not everyone has a good experience with them but I did
Doug was a great guy! Worked with my daughter in getting her a car!
