Bought a 2013 Chevrolet duramax from Mark in January on the way home the truck wouldn’t start after it was warm (who checks to see if a truck starts warm before buying) called mark he rattled off a bunch of BS to try and fix said he would help cover the cost to get it fixed. Truck broke within 10 minutes after leaving. I texted him as soon as the truck broke and his words were “sorry my man” I’ll include the picture of his response in texting. The guy does not go over his trucks like he says he does. Also said he was going to send me a new door handle that was broken and he never did. If you want a good reliable truck go somewhere else. 2014 Chevy Silverado was purchased Jun 2020. Test drove up to 55 mph. No issues except AC didn't work. Told it was overfilled. Worked upon pick up. Now to the issues. So I deleted my 1 star review a week ago because the owner sent me a message and said this is his family business, but no way now. If I could give you negative stars, I would. Avoid this place at all cost. I am currently at the lot as I type this. I walked into the office and enquire about a 70 thousand dollar truck and nobody could look me in the eye. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone . I bought a 2007 2500 Silverado two years ago . This vehicle has left us on the side of the road . We have spent thousands of dollars in the truck . And are currently taking the motor apart to see what is wrong this time . This is clearly a chop shop truck that we have found evidence over and over that it is a put together not original truck .
