Worst place ever , rude workers
They have a lady that works there that will not listen to patients. My husband is hard to hit is vein and he tried to tell her where they normally hit his vein. She informed him that she knew what she was doing. She then went to the opposite side of his arm and missed the vein. She then started moving the needle around trying to find a vein. He jerked his arm back and told her that she was hurting him. She stormed out and sent another lady in to draw his blood. He told her where to try and she did and didn’t have any problem... read more
Horrible - I work in health insurance and have tried to contact them 10 times. They do not understand how to submit a claim to Blue Card for out of state Blue Cross and the hold times are horrible. AVOID.
Usually have no issues here. The woman who was in front was EXTREMLY RUDE! Due to unfortunate knee pain i have to use a wheelchair currently. I have no help. She basically got snippy saying they are not allowed to transport. Basically told if i can't walk in to get lab drawn that are standing orders for once a week then i can't get the labs that i need!? I asked who else was there and she refused to tell me. Thankfully the other staff know me and helped get me back. I been coming here at least once a week since 2017 and not ... read more
Just a bad experience all around. The phlebotomist who tried to draw blood from my one year old had little to no bedside manner. He barely even acknowledged me and my husband. When he was trying to get blood the first time he tried in her right elbow. It took two min to find the vein and five to FISH for the vein. Then he gave up and left. My daughter was screaming through the entire process. Which I understand she's a baby. Then after 20 min of us waiting and trying to calm her down, he came back in with a woman to help.
