Very frustrated with this location . FIRST HOURS ARE NOT LISTED IF YOU NEED TO USE THE RESTROOM AND ASK FOR A URINE CUP THEY INSIST ON VERYFYING IF YOU HAVE AN ORDER SMH. LASTLY I HAD ON FILE TO ORDERS DIFFERENT PANELS THEY ONLY DREW ONE ORDER WHILE THE OTHER SITS ALL PRETTY SMH . AND I ASKED DO YOU GET EVERTHING FOR BOTH DRAWS

Skipped over my name on the wait list. Waited about an hour to be called. Actual lab work went well. However, they did my lab work under a different patients name and won’t fix it. Says I need to come in another time.
