I always go to the DLO Oak Cliff Terrace and they have always been so professional, courteous, kind and efficient. The wait time is never long either. I will never bother going to another DLO branch, this one is THE BEST!
I would of originally gave his place a -10 due to this lady who hates life and kept trying to deny me my pre employment drug test. At first it was my id she wa alike nope and then she did her job and CHECKED and found out I could use that type of id. Then she thought my last name was Mandee which is interesting and then refused me again cause my married name was on my order and the id said my maiden name, like this could be an easy fix with just a little bit of effort.
