Walked in with my lab order, signed into the kiosk, waited about 3 minutes to be called back. Jeremy had my blood drawn within a couple minutes and was amazingly smooth! Excellent lab experience.
They got me right in. I had to wait a few minutes, only because my doctor had not sent my lab orders yet. My lab tech, Rivers, was awesome! She was friendly, courteous, and efficient. She had me right in and out, painlessly.
Disappointed! As an out of state patient, I called ahead to ask what was the latest time I could come since I was just getting off a flight and I know they close at 5pm. I called, the lady said to come by 4:50pm. I showed up at 4:40pm and I was called back but then they refused my labs because the lab orders were on hold. My doctor knew that it might show up on hold, so she sent me a paper order. I showed and explained that to the staff lady, she tried to tell me it’s the wrong doctor but I explained that it’s the correct do... read more
Slowest lab in the history of labs! Good luck getting your tests back in a timely manner to get treated, meanwhile just feeling like I am dying no big deal!!
DO NOT USE DLO IN OWASSO. They lost our blood test. Save your time and go anywhere else
