Horrible customer service, got here checked in, waited over 15 min, I had to physically call the person over and she said “sorry I didn’t hear the door” well she was on her cell the whole time so maybe that’s why she didn’t hear it, I also checked into the kiosk and she didn’t pay attention not that either. I wish I didn’t have to come here I would appreciate any other lab really hate coming here.

I had a great experience here. My anxiety was super high because of a fear of needles and this was a new place for me having just moved to Tulsa recently. Lily was excellent she was super sweet and friendly and put me at ease, she did a great job I didn’t even feel it!
I had an appointment scheduled today. They had the doors locked and weren't letting anyone in. I had a seat and waited 30+ mins with other people outside the door. I guess they all went on lunch and just walked straight past us without even saying a word. I went on to one of their other locations. I work in healthcare and understand how busy it can get but at least acknowledge patients or post on the door if there is an issue going on.
