RecommendedDLL came out and did a fantastic job on removing two trees so my company could get a sewer repair done. Highly recommend them. I waited several days for other companies to quote and or schedule. DLL was out the next day and completed the job well exceeding my expectations.
the teams removing and grinding the trees were great. friendly and skilled. the price was good for the service. communication with the office was a little one way, but it all worked out. an informal agreement to get some neighbor limbs down from over our fence did not happen, but it was an informal discussion not in the contract so cannot be too upset by it.
This company is very great and positive when it comes to helping you get what you want from a great local company.
We have used DLL Landscaping & Tree Service twice in the past 3 years for tree removal. They are reasonably priced and show up when they are scheduled (with the exception of weather which is out of anyone's control). The office is very professional and easy to work with and the field employees are professionals-very safety conscious, hard working, do great clean up work and personable. I highly recommend DLL Landscaping & Tree Service
Great service and great job and very caring
Absolute worse place. I do not know how they are still a company. I did not even want to rate with one star. They were suppose to come cut down our tree at the end of April then it was pushed out to May 14. My fiancé called because no one came out and they said they had to reschedule but they did not have the courtesy of calling. Today they were suppose to come out and of course the tree is still up and we did not hear from them. I do not recommend their services. Horrible customer service.
