Yeah the apartments are nice but I’m not paying $2k/month to listen to construction TWICE. I get that they have to update the apartments but both times we received no notice (I work from home and my clients were not pleased to listen to hammering and radio music background noise). The “construction crew” they use is rude and does not respect the current tenants property. DLG could care less that we can only inhabit our apartment 12 hours out of the day due to the noise. I currently live in one of DLG's complexes and I couldn't be happier. They keep the place well managed, always clean, and always have someone on duty if something breaks or doesn't work. They also allow dogs which is great and I'm happy to be living here.
I moved into one of DLG's properties at the beginning of May and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are more than accommodating and are quick to administer maintenance requests or help with any issues. The apartments are newly renovated, containing stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and granite counter tops. With the helpful staff along with their upscale apartments, I would highly recommend renting with DLG!
I've lived in a DLG apartment for about 6 months and they have been nothing but helpful! They answer maintenance requests quickly and answer any questions we may have. I would highly recommend living at one of their properties.
Great design and layout, large living spaces and bedrooms! Safe and well kept building. DLG is always easy to contact and responsive. Would highly recommend!

I've been there 2 weeks and it's been one thing after another. Constant maintenance issues on a brand new place, rude replies from the management office and added rules not specified in the lease. I was so excited to move into this place but we are off to a TERRIBLE start.
Great apartment! Great area! Responsive to any maintenance request - which are very few because the apartment is clearly well looked after! If I have to move in future, I would actively seek out a DLG managed places!!
