I've had a great experience with DLG! I've rented from several leasing companies around Chicago and this is by far the best experience I've had. The maintenance team is super responsive and very prompt. I've had great correspondence with Marni, she's been so friendly and helpful every time I've reached out. I am a broker and my client rented one of DLG's units with Tracey Day. Tracey made the process quick and easy. She was on time and very professional when we met her for the showing all the way through the lease signing. My clients have reported back to me that they are happy with the building as it is well maintained and always clean. Too many good things to say about DLG... I moved into one of their gutted/redone units and it was my dream apartment. Hard wood floors, granite countertops, 2 beautiful bathrooms, IN UNIT washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space for my dogs, at a reasonable price! Been a commercial tenant with DLG for over year now and we’ve loved it! DLG has always been quick to resolve any maintenance issues we’ve had with the building, and always let us know if there is any sort of construction or upkeep work coming up. Would recommend.
We just signed our 6th lease renewal with DLG (we lived in one unit for 5 years and just moved to a new location). Spacious and updated apartment not to mention a perfect and welcoming environment for our pups. They make everything easy...maintenance requests, online rent payment and they are friendly.
